Terms and Conditions for Digital Products with MRR and PLR at ElevateHerVault

Welcome to ElevateHerVault! By purchasing and using our digital products with Master Resell Rights (MRR) and Private Label Rights (PLR), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using or accessing our products.
Definitions
- ElevateHerVault: Refers to the business through which we provide digital products with MRR and PLR.
- MRR Products: Digital products purchased from ElevateHerVault under a Master Resell Rights license.
- PLR Products: Digital products purchased from ElevateHerVault under a Private Label Rights license.
- You or Licensee: Refers to the individual, business, or entity acquiring products from ElevateHerVault.
License
When you purchase MRR or PLR products from ElevateHerVault, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to modify, rebrand, and resell these products to your own customers. You are not allowed to transfer or sublicense these rights to a third party. Your use of these products must comply with the terms outlined here.
Earnings and Success
ElevateHerVault does not guarantee any earnings, success, or specific outcomes from your use or resale of the MRR and PLR products. Your success depends on your own efforts, strategies, and market conditions, and ElevateHerVault is not liable for any profits or losses you may experience.
Content Quality and Responsibility
While we strive to provide high-quality products, ElevateHerVault does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content for your specific needs. It is your responsibility to review, edit, and ensure that the products meet your quality standards and comply with any legal requirements before resale.
Legal and Ethical Compliance
As the Licensee, you are responsible for ensuring that your use, modification, and resale of the MRR and PLR products are in full compliance with local, state, and international laws, including intellectual property and licensing regulations. ElevateHerVault assumes no liability for any legal issues that arise from your use or resale of the products.
Liability

Termination of License
